As a certified personal trainer, Kyle specializes in strength and conditioning, fat loss and muscle building, women's health, and pre/post-partum training. He's also well-versed in CrossFit, weightlifting, and rehabilitation. Kyle's always seeking personal growth and puts equal importance on all aspects of health and wellbeing. He firmly believes that showing his clients how to maintain a balanced lifestyle is the key to success. Sometimes this means prioritizing family and mental health, but in the long run, Kyle knows that harmonizing these with physical wellbeing will lead to great results.

Will is incredibly dedicated to helping others achieve their best selves. He recognizes that not everyone wants to spend over two hours at the gym every day, but he also understands that some individuals have specific goals that require that level of commitment. His qualifications include a Certificate in Nutrition and Coaching, CrossFit Level 1 certification, with expertise in pre/postnatal conditioning, women's health and nutrition, as well as CrossFit, strength, and conditioning for all sports and skill levels. He sets the bar high for himself, with the primary fitness goal of being competitive in CrossFit.
Being a young father and husband, Will knows the value of time and its limitations. That's why, fueled by his passion, he takes the time to establish a personal connection with his clients. This approach allows him to help you achieve all your goals while maintaining a healthy balance with your family, friends, and community.

Mitchel has been passionate about physical fitness for well over a decade, a passion that aligns perfectly with his 10 years of military experience. He's constantly expanding his knowledge by undertaking various courses, including Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Movement Specialist, Leadership and Negotiations, CrossFit L1, and more. Mitchel's enthusiasm lies in energy system development and movement specialization.
Despite being a dedicated father, husband, entrepreneur, and full-time worker, Mitchel firmly believes that with the right mindset and a supportive team, anything is achievable. He understands that having a solid support system makes the journey easier. Mitchel upholds values of respect, accountability, and professionalism, which he wholeheartedly delivers to his clients every step of the way as they tackle their challenges and strive towards their goals.
